I don't know if this is a bug, but when I submit a PM, it seems to stay in my "Outbox" instead of being sent and moved to my "Sentbox".
Am I doing something wrong? By "Sent" do they really mean "Received"? |

| I could be mistaken, but I believe sent messages are in your outbox until the recipient reads their copy. THEN it's moved to the sentbox. |

Since all messages stay on the DJGold server, they stay in the outbox until the recipient reads the PM, then it's put in the Sentbox.
By showing up in your outbox, it allows you to go back and edit posts you've "sent" before the recipient actually reads the final draft.
Once they're moved to the Sentbox (already read by the recipient), you can't edit them any more.

OK, that explains it. Should be renamed:
"Outbox" = Sentbox
"Sentbox" = Receivedbox
Thanks for the help. Mark this thread "fixed" (or at least "neutered"). |

| And, if I'm not mistaken, if you delete from the outbox before its goes to the sent box the recipient never receives it? Correct? |

That's right!
Even after you've hit "send", if the recipient hasn't viewed the PM and it's still in the outbox, then you have the same controls as your other folders: checkboxes next to each item, "select all" links at the bottom, and "delete" controls.
