Hello,
We are looking into the possibility of promoting towards Summer Camps for children this Summer. What kind of prices should we charge for something like this? I'm thinking most of these would be 2 hours shows?

Hard to say... I know the ones around here are mostly run by charities and don't have any budget for entertainment.
Are you looking at summer camps just to pass the time, or are you actually trying to do it for business/profit purposes? |

I was thinking about doing a "Mini Summer Camp Tour"
Possibly 3 camps a day for approx 2 hour shows each for 3 days straight, during the week on weekdays.
Might be a good way to get extra weekday business! |

| I do one summer camp each year, and I only charge them $200. It is for a "special needs" youth camp. One thing I can say about this group, is the kids LOVE it! Most high school dances I have kids lined up with their requests instead of them enjoying the dance, but at the camp, those kids like whatever I play (I mostly play current top 40, and the classic dance/party tunes like Kool and the Gang - Celebration, Vanilla Ice - Ice Ice Baby, SugarHill Gang - Apache, etc., and line dance stuff like the Casper slide.) |
