I need to get up and running with a website, but I really don't know where to start. Many of the template based web creation sites are difficult to understand excactly what is included with the prices. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I have no web site experience.

I came upon a great service two years ago. I-Power. They provide me with my own domain name, low cost web hosting, and they provide e-mail service with my own domain name. I can also accept pay pal & credit card payments...it's simply a low cost turn key solution for getting your business a web site.
Here's the best part....it only cost pennies a day!
They currently are offering the service for only $3.95 per month
My site was built with their easy to use software and they host the site and my email for me.
