Passive for the tops is my preference and the route I want to take, but powered for the sub I'm okay with. I have way to many amps to want to NOW go passive. Plus I like being able to run 2 or 3 speakers per side on 1 amp when needed.
The Zx5 is it really that much better than the ZX4 or SX-300. If so, I may not even need a sub based on the specs of the ZX5.
But what about the RCF ART 325 (passive) compared to the ZX5 (passive)?
Or (2) SX-300 with (1) ART 705-AS sub. Decision is getting close I just don't which is best and since I'm spending thousands I want to make a very informed decision before buying something I can't use or hear before paying for it since no stores in my state have the above mentioned boxes. |
