i recently acquired a account that supplies me 200-400 leads a month.
I'M NOT SEND THAT MANY EMAILS - ONE AT A TIME!!! Suggestions?
what about auto-responders to follow up on the leads?
the leads are provided in cvs form. |

| I don't know. In fact, I wouldn't even want that many unqualified leads. |

| I use constant contact. I get 500 + leads from my local David's Bridal a month. The reason I use constant contact is if you are sending out that many emails from your personal computer your ISP will drop your service because this will black list there IP (I've done it). Constant contact is internet based so you are not using your isp to send the email all you do is go to there site and send them. |

Why not write a concise e-mail about your company and send an e-mail to the entire list (make sure their addresses are in BCC) encouraging them to check out your website for more information about your services?
Constant Contact is good service if you plan on e-mailing this people mulitple times (CC will manage unsubscriptions for you) but it's definitely not necessary. Xtreme Productions brings up a good point but if you're using e-mail from @yourdomain.com this shouldn't be an issue, unless you're sending thousands of e-mails. I used to send a monthly e-mail to about 500-1000 e-mails once a month and never had any problems. |
