Now that we're into the busier part of the year and many summertime events (weddings, class reunions, etc.) are being planned, I thought I'd ask a few questions. Sorry if some of these have been covered before, but no matter how long any of us have been in this business, we can always learn more & better ideas :D .
How are you bookings going so far for this year?
How have they been over the past few years? Increased, decreased, about the same?
What have you learned works best to "seal the deal" with customers in booking YOUR service over your competition? What sets you apart and makes them decide to book you? |
