For those of you who are lucky enough to have a Carvin store nearby, they are running an incredible offer on their POWERED (700 WATT) 18" subwoofer cabinet:

Until 12/31, buy TWO SW-1801a's for only $1050, and this includes two 50' XLR cables!

If I was looking for some inexpensive powered subwoofer cabinets, this would be my first choice! What an awesome deal! (I paid $1500 combined for my two powered B-52 ACT-18's)

I'm always a bit leery of equipment that includes the cables with it, especialy if it's microphones, but that's a whole 'nuther ball of wax.

I have heard from Carvin users (including the late "Wolfie") and they all love their Carvin gear!

Carvin manufactures their own equipment, and pass the savings to their customers.

I've heard Wolfie crow about Carvin on various boards for many years, but it wasn't until they opened a store in Sacramento where I was able to see their gear first hand....

Now that Carvin is in Sac-town.....look out Guitar Center and "Skip's Music" (the two major playas in the area).
