Hi CJ!

Found another one for ya.

1. Select "Member Home"
2. Select "Change business information or search listing information" at the bottom.
3. Select "Update Address"
4. At this point, there must be some logic running to verify a match of the city to the zip. You need this to FAIL (possibly a zip code that has mulitple cities attached to it??). I entered Reno and a zip of 89701. You HAVE to get the system to take you to the page that forces you to select a city from mulitple cities available.
5. Select your city, any city.
6. Select "Update Regsitration"
7. You account should have been updated (and phone numbers seem to be carried forward), but the system reverts to the OLD city and zip every time.

Hope that helps...

Hi sierradj,

Sounds like a bug -- maybe!

Did you mean Zip Code 89501?

That should allow you to put in "Reno".

If you put in Reno and 89701, it will probably revert to your old address if it's one of these: (It follows the zipcode.)
For zipcode 89701:
CARSON CITY
CARSON CITY MALL
CARSON COLONY
CARSON MEADOWS
CLEAR CREEK
JACKS VALLEY
LAKEVIEW
NEW EMPIRE
NEW WASHOE CITY
STEWART
WASHOE
WASHOE VALLEY

-------------
or am I missing the point? :dizzy:

Ok, I know it's late back there, but keep up

Yes, I "meant" 89501. But I entered "89701".

The system recognized that I made a mistake, and offered to fix it. But even by choosing the correct entry from the available options taht it gives me, it completely ignores my request when you click to update.

Try it following the steps I included under my own account if that helps.

I found the problem you were describing: like you said, even after you change the zipcode, then select a city from the list... it goes back to your old city/zip.

Hmmmm... I'll work on that some more later next week.

Thanks for finding it!
