You need a knowledgeable moderator? I don't think so. A moderator's job is not to verify information, but to keep topics on track, watch for objectionable posts and/or create new topics when deemed necessary, etc.

You’re quite right -- a moderator doesn’t necessarily need to know much at all about the subject matter.

As long as we have knowledgeable members who participate in the forum, I think it will do very well.

Thanks. (Feel free to let me know if I ever get out of line! )

Jack -- I was thinking about what you wrote, and think it has merit.

As DJ Teddy Bear mentioned in this post:
Ethics Questions

I’m not sure that we would need an entire forum dedicated to ethics, but I could be wrong. If we start having lots of separate topics on ethics then I’ll certainly consider it.

What I think might be a good idea is to incorporate it with another subject for a new forum such as “Business & Ethics”, or “Marketing, Business & Ethics”.

Even if we don’t use “Ethics” in the title, I think that’s probably the forum such topics should appear under.

Hmmmmm....

It is always refreshing to see the discussion of possible forums that aren't offered at other sites.
