Hey - FOUR stars!!!

Many DJ's are "switching up" to computers as the new way to DJ. They provide near-instant access to large song lists and can be integrated to control video and DMX lighting.

Well, just realized I join the 4 star club... along Teddy and DJMC. Now, only 180 more posts to catch up...

Only one with 5 is the site owner. Some guy named CJ. :hahaha:

This reminds me of the Dr. Seuss story of the star-bellied sneeches (on the beaches).

Everyone automatically gets a second star at 10 posts - which really makes a single star seem lame.

Unless things changed, 3 and 4 stars are awarded personally by CJ and not dependent upon any particular post count. The fact that the three guys with the most posts after CJ all have four stars, is just a cooncedence.

John - you earned 'em!

________
Teddy -- you're mostly right. I've set up the upper levels to be awarded by postcount (it's been different for each person) and at my authorization.

Folks who get high postcounts due to spam posts and poor participation may find themselves being disappointed by NOT getting higher-level stars. (And will probably have many of their posts deleted anyway! :) )

This thread is out-dated.

John, Matt and myself are up to CJ's level of FIVE STARS!

Just remember, you get a second star at 10 posts (unless CJ changed it).
After that, they are awarded personally by CJ, for QUALITY, not quantity.
