I was headed in that direction but the whole thing was stupid. I was PO'ed. I cooled off, realized the mods were right, apologized, and they accepted.

I'm just staying away from the arguments that make my blood boil, it just isn't worth the aggravation.

We don't use any gifts per se, but we do give the prospects we meet with a folder containing promotional information about us, a small (12 page)booklet listing the most popular special wedding songs, a reception planner, a pad of lined paper and a pen (both with our company information printed on them). We almost always see these folders again when we have our planning meeting and the B2Bs have used the stuff we gave them as the planner for their entire wedding. They seem to find this to be useful, so we keep handing these packets out. - Sometimes they ask for another pad of paper - We're happy to oblige.
