Nothing screams "romance" like showing up at your wedding reception in a pirate costume and staging a fight with ninjas. Or maybe I meant "EGO!"

Seriously, was any part of that about the bride and groom as a couple, or a celebration of their new life together? I appreciate that they were trying to incorporate personal elements of who they are into their reception, but that was far more appropriate for a birthday party than a wedding reception, IMHO.

I guess I shouldn't complain. Nobody got hurt and nobody played a Phil Collins tune on anyone's breasts, so that's already an improvement over most of the DJ videos I've seen recently.

I'd be more impressed if these guys had rehearsed this a little more. It looks like three sissies in the schoolyard fighting over some Dungeons and Dragons game.

A little more rehearsal with a few takedowns and props for the groom would have been nice.

However, the ending with the bride coming to the rescue was well done - nice to see something different for a wedding.

(Decent job by the DJ/MC too!) :yeah:

I thought the ninja with a white t-shirt underneath was a bit lame. Should have at least wore all black. The fight sequence could have used a few backflips or something more ninja-like.

I actually thought it was rather unique, kinda cheesy, but fun. A night time reception could have added lighting, and possibly improved the whole thing. I could go with the pirate costume, but ....what's with the mask ? ? ?
Dokai, I also think there was some ego involved here ! I wonder what the rest of the party was like.
See ya.
