Chauvet LED Followspot 75ST ... Spot lighting the Wedding Co

Chauvet LED Followspot 75ST any good or should I consider something else? Is LED as good or better than the old style halogens? I like to stay under $600 per unit for whatever I get. This unit is under $500 per. Open to better suggestions.

Use is for weddings (Grand Entrance as an add-on) and Corporate Events to spotlight presenters or the big cheese or a 2 or 3 piece music group. $125-$150 add-on to a DJ Package rental fee is what I;m thinking, includes an operator.

To be honest, I don't thing LED is quite up to "par" with halogens when comparing sheer brightness. If you need something that will show up in a brightly lit room, then LED won't do it. But if you're just trying make the wedding couple more brightly-lit than the rest of the crowd, then that follow-spot should do the trick.
